7-day refunds
You can request a full refund within 7 days of purchase if:
- you have not downloaded the course files, or
- a file is faulty, for example it will not open or pages are missing.
Because the full course is delivered once you download it, downloaded files that work as described are not refundable.
How to request a refund
Email internetbutlers@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the request. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few business days to post it.
