About Empowerkits
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of empowerkits.com and to any course you buy from Empowerkits (“Empowerkits,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Empowerkits is an online-only business that sells self-paced online business courses. By using the site or buying a course, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Accounts
- You need an account to access the courses you buy.
- Please give accurate information and keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for all activity under your account.
- Tell us right away if you think someone has used your account without permission.
- You must be old enough to enter into a binding agreement where you live, or have permission from a parent or guardian.
- We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms.
Purchases and Pricing
As of the effective date, our courses and prices are:
- QuickBooks Mastery: $149.00
- Social Media Marketing: $79.00
- Advanced Excel for Business Analysis: $99.00
- Best Methods for Using AI at Work: $69.00
- SEO and Website Traffic for Small Business: $79.00
- Google Sheets and Workspace for Small Business: $69.00
- Freelancing and Selling Services Online: $79.00
Prices may change at any time. A price change does not affect a purchase you have already completed. Any applicable taxes will be shown at checkout.
Payments are handled by our payment processor, Stripe. Empowerkits does not store your card details. If a course is listed at the wrong price by mistake, we may cancel the order.
Course Access and License
After your payment is confirmed, you can access your course through your account. Courses are self-paced, so you can learn on your own schedule. You can access a course for as long as we offer it on the site and your account stays in good standing. Your download links are emailed after payment and appear in your account; they expire 30 days after purchase, so please download and save your files.
When you buy a course, we give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view it for your own learning. This license does not let you:
- Share your login or course access with anyone else
- Copy, record, download, or redistribute course videos or materials, unless we provide a download option
- Resell, rent, or give away course content
- Post course content on public websites, social media, or file-sharing services
- Use course content to teach others or to build a competing course or product
If you break these rules, we may end your access.
All Sales Final
Because our courses are digital products delivered right after purchase, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges. If you have a problem accessing your course, email internetbutlers@gmail.com and we will help you.
Intellectual Property
All course videos, lessons, worksheets, text, graphics, and other site content belong to Empowerkits or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. The Empowerkits name and logo belong to us. Buying a course gives you a license to use it as described above. It does not transfer ownership of any content to you.
Product names such as QuickBooks and Excel are trademarks of their owners. Mentioning them does not mean those companies endorse Empowerkits.
Acceptable Use
When using the site, you agree not to:
- Break any law or these Terms
- Try to hack, disrupt, or get around the security of the site
- Use bots, scrapers, or other automated tools to access or copy content
- Upload viruses or other harmful code
- Pretend to be someone else or give false information
- Harass, threaten, or abuse others
Disclaimers
- Educational purposes only. Our courses are designed to teach general skills and knowledge.
- No guaranteed results. We do not promise any specific income, business growth, job, or other outcome. Your results depend on your own effort, situation, and many other factors.
- Not professional advice. Our courses, including QuickBooks Mastery and Advanced Excel for Business Analysis, are not professional accounting, tax, or financial advice. For decisions about your own business, please talk with a qualified professional.
- Software changes. Third-party software and platforms change often. Some course content may not match the latest version.
- As is. The site and courses are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent allowed by law.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Empowerkits will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of the site or courses.
Our total liability for any claim related to the site or a course will not be more than the amount you paid for the course that the claim is about. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the new version on this page and update the effective date. Your continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute related to these Terms or the site will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Texas.
